1.   CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in is after 1:00 p.m.; check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

2.   PETS: Not Allowed.

3.   SMOKING: NOT ALLOWED IN TINY HOMES. Please Do Not toss cigarette butts on the ground use the cigarette butt disposal on the property. Fine 1st cigarette but $20 each additional cigarette butt $1.00

4.   Candles / Incense or Open Flames  NOT allowed in Tiny Homes. 

5.   Decorating: Decorations will remain the same. No redecorating allowed.

6.   SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph.

7.   QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

8.   SEWER SYSTEM: Please do not flush baby wipes, adult wipes, Q-tips or hygiene products down any toilet. This is an expensive clean up. Please dispose in the trash can in the bathroom.

9.   SITE RESPONSIBITLIES: Cleanliness is necessary. Outside decorations are allowable, but at a minimum, they must not interfere with maintenance. Use a safe container for cigarette waste.  Hanging of laundry, tents, canopies is not permitted. Cargo trailers, dollies, etc., may not be stored onsite.   If in doubt, seek advice from the office. Remember to respect your neighbors’ sites by not walking through them. The appearance of your site is at the discretion of management.

10.  CHILDREN: All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

11.  LAKES: Fishing is allowed in the lake; you can keep what you catch and you do need a fishing      license!

12.  FACILITIES: Please use the park facilities respectfully. Hook Wine Sinker RV Park (Arrambide Properties LLC) is not responsible for any personal items left in public areas. 

13. CAR WASHING: Not Allowed

14. VEHICLES: Vehicles are limited to one per site (or 1 additional check with Management), and only if both fit on the site comfortably. Parking on the grass, roadway or another site is prohibited. 

15. TRASH: Trash pickup TUESDAY AND FRIDAY. Trash must be discarded of in one of the dumpsters. Please do not allow trash to sit outside overnight. If we have to clean up trash on your site, you will be charged a fee.

16. LONG TERM GUEST: The monthly rate is based on two adults and two children depending on Tiny home. Payments are due prior to booking 

17. INDEMNITY AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY:  Customers shall indemnify and hold Hook Wine Sinker RV Park (Arrambide Properties, LLC) harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, actions, both intentional or unintentional, of other customers, guests, invitees or licensee of customer or any other customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents or invitees), or any other causes related to customer’s use or occupation of the RV site. The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.

18. THEFT OF SERVICE LAW:  According to Texas Penal Code Section 31.04(b), any guest who leaves without paying for services rendered or who refuses to pay for site services when customarily due, is subject to criminal prosecution.  Hook Wine Sinker RV Park (Arrambide Properties LLC) requires payment in advance and will prosecute any violators under the “Theft of Services” law.

19. RIGHT OF REFUSAL:  Hook Wine Sinker RV Park (Arrambide Properties LLC) reserves the right to refuse service at any time and to have a guest vacated from the park property in the event of inappropriate behavior, loud music, disturbances or any infraction of this agreement without refund.

20. CANCELLATION: Tiny Home Booking No cancellation before 48 hours. REFUNDS:  Hook Wine Sinker RV Park (Arrambide Properties, LLC) maintains a No Refund Policy to onsite guests. (Depends on each Booking)

21. Billing Info: All transactions will be bill thru Arrambide Properties, LLC.
